Terms & Conditions


In this document, "us", “we”, “our” refers to Akuton Solutions while "you" and “your” refers to the client or customer of Akuton Solutions. When communicating via email, all previous related email correspondence, must be included in any replies. By engaging services from Akuton Solutions, you agree to allow us to use your name and/or logo for our own marketing purposes, unless you state otherwise.


Akuton Solutions reserves the right to withhold its services from clients requesting material which we consider to be offensive, explicit, vulgar, provocative, or harmful in nature.


Depending on your project, You will receive a client account designated to Akuton's clients for viewing projects upon completion of accepting and signing of on proposal and partial payments. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify Akuton Solutions of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Akuton Solutions cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply.


Due to the limitless variables involved in any project, any time period quoted for completion must be regarded as only an approximation and may increase as needed.


Quotations given by Akuton Soluttions rarely ever exceed final costs. However, any quotation given by Akuton Soluttions to any client is subject to amendment based on reasonable changes in the scope or nature of a project, additional information rendered by clients or previously unforeseen requirements.


Akuton Soluttions reserves the right to request a down payment for any work at its discretion, especially for long-term projects, or in the case of first-time clients. A (MINIMUM) DOWN PAYMENT OF 50% IS REQUIRED TO BEGIN A JOB.


Under no circumstance will Akuton Soluttions return payment made on projects which have already been started or completed.


Akuton Soluttions accepts bank desposits or cheques made out to Akuton Soluttions. In the case of down payments, projects will be started only after the cheque has been verified. In the case of final or full payments, final work will be handed over after payment is made and verified.


Please read carefully before the approval of projects.
a. Even when we try to create a perfect design plan, human mistakes happen.
b. Do not assume that the information you provided to us has no errors.
c. If you (Client) approve a project and thereafter find any typo or error, you (Client) will have to pay for all the costs incurred on re-designing or modifying project.
d. Once approval has been signed off it verifies that our job is completed successfully.


a. Website designs by Akuton Soluttions may make use of our custom-made scripts or programs. These programs remain the property of Akuton Soluttions unless otherwise specified. Akuton Soluttions reserve the right to add some text and or graphic logo to our designs that provide a link to our web site.
b. After a website is designed and uploaded, Akuton Soluttions will provide limited-training in the usage and update of your website. If support extends beyond what Akuton Soluttions deems as a reasonable time-period, a fee will be charged for any such training or changes made to the website.
c. If website maintenance services are required, a retainer contract would be a more cost-effective alternative (see below).


For long-term or frequently changing projects, a retainer contract may be more cost effective for you. Under such a contract, after limitations and conditions are agreed upon, a set fee will be charged per period (eg., hourly, weekly, monthly etc.) whilst work continues on your project. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.


We occasionally send you emails concerning the services we are contracted for from our company. We also send you email concerning any updates regarding your project. We assure you that we do not sell or release your email to any third party vendors. You may at any time have know if you wish not to recieve furhter correspondence via emails without fine or penalty.

License Agreement:

We believe that you have provided your full consent and read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions mentioned and explained on this page when contracting our services or the purchasing of any of our product(s). We hold the right to change or modify the present Terms and Conditions solely without any prior consent or notice.


Entire Agreement. The TOS (Terms of Service) constitutes the entire agreement between you and Akuton Solutions and governs your use of our Services, superseding any prior version of this TOS between you and Akuton Solutions with respect to Akuton Solutions Services. You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use our services. If any part of this agreement is declared unenforceable or invalid, all remaining clauses in this agreement shall remain binding on the client.
